Acceptable Use

Guidelines for appropriate platform usage

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Alpha Supreme Services LLC platform. It is designed to protect the Platform, its users, and the individuals whose data is processed through it.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform only for:

  • Managing legitimate HR and workforce operations for businesses you are authorized to represent
  • Submitting accurate and truthful employee information
  • Accessing records and data you are authorized to view based on your role
  • Communicating with employees through Platform-provided channels (for example, review emails and warning notifications)

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated employee records
  • Access or attempt to access data belonging to companies you are not authorized to manage
  • Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Use the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or retaliate against employees
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Circumvent security measures, including row-level security or authentication controls
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization
  • Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
  • Bulk download or export employee data for purposes unrelated to your authorized business operations

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting knowingly false employee records (for example, fabricated disciplinary warnings or falsified performance reviews) is a serious violation of this AUP.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of Platform access
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Notification to affected parties and or law enforcement
  • Legal action to recover damages

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to admin@ass.services.
