Terms of Service

Rules governing your use of our platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alpha Supreme Services LLC platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alpha Supreme Services LLC.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides workforce management tools including, but not limited to:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Disciplinary warning management and employee acknowledgment
  • Performance review creation, distribution, and employee response tracking
  • Wage adjustment and employment status change processing
  • Termination and resignation record management
  • Payroll processing, approvals, and paystub management
  • Document storage and management
  • Activity logging and audit trails

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration. Access to the Platform requires a user account created by Alpha Supreme Services LLC staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Types. The Platform supports two account roles: Staff (administrative users employed by Alpha Supreme Services LLC) and Client (authorized representatives of businesses serviced by Alpha Supreme Services LLC). Each role has different access levels and permissions.

3.3 Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Alpha Supreme Services LLCimmediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Authorized Use

You may use the Platform solely for legitimate workforce management purposes in connection with businesses serviced by Alpha Supreme Services LLC. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including employment and data protection laws.

5. SMS Communications

5.1 Consent and Data Sharing. The information (such as phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5.2 Types of SMS Communications. If you have consented to receive text messages from Alpha Supreme Services LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Customer Care: Appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and HR workflow alerts
  • Account Security: Login verification codes, password reset notifications, and security alerts
  • Payroll and HR Updates: Payroll reminders, form submission confirmations, and status change notifications

Example: "Hello, this is a reminder from Alpha Supreme Services LLC regarding your upcoming payroll approval deadline. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Alpha Supreme Services LLC at any time."

5.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your account activity. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your account, payroll, and HR workflows.

5.4 Potential Fees. Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5.5 Opt-In Method. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Alpha Supreme Services LLC in the following ways:

  • By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form

5.6 Opt-Out Method. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at admin@ass.services to request removal from our messaging list.

5.7 Help. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP to any message you receive. Or, you can get help directly from us at ass.services or call us at (510) 954-3719.

5.8 Additional Options. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent checkbox on our forms. You may still provide your phone number without agreeing to receive SMS communications.

5.9 Standard Messaging Disclosures:

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP."
  • For assistance, text "HELP" or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages.
  • Message frequency may vary.

6. Data Ownership

6.1 Client Data. You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Platform ("Client Data"). Alpha Supreme Services LLC does not claim ownership of Client Data.

6.2 License Grant. By submitting Client Data, you grant Alpha Supreme Services LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit such data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

6.3 Employee Data. When employee personal information is submitted through the Platform, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to share such data with Alpha Supreme Services LLC for processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Alpha Supreme Services LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Supreme Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Alpha Supreme Services LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Alpha Supreme Services LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Supreme Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Alpha Supreme Services LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6-10.

12. Modifications

Alpha Supreme Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
