2.2 Employee Data (submitted by Clients). Clients submit employee information through Platform forms, which may include:

- Employment details: position, wage or salary information, employee ID, start date
- Performance evaluation data and ratings
- Disciplinary records, warnings, and related documentation
- Termination records and reasons
- Employment status changes
- Uploaded documents (identification, onboarding materials, etc.)
2.3 Usage Data. We automatically collect activity logs, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps when you interact with the Platform.
2.4 Third-Party Integrations. We may retrieve employee data from connected third-party services (for example, Homebase) with your authorization.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the Platform services
- Process and manage HR workflows (onboarding, reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Send transactional emails (review notifications, warning acknowledgments, password resets)
- Maintain audit trails and activity logs for compliance

- Improve and maintain the Platform

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the Platform (for example, email delivery via Resend, hosting, and database management)
- Authorized Users: Staff users can view data across all client companies; Client users can only view data for their assigned companies
- Employees: Performance reviews and disciplinary warnings are shared with the named employee via secure, time-limited links
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
5. SMS Terms and Conditions
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS or text messages from Alpha Supreme Services LLC, the following terms apply:
5.1 Types of Messages. You may receive the following types of SMS messages from us:
- Login verification codes and account security alerts
- Account notifications (password resets, account updates)
- Service notifications (form submissions, status changes, payroll reminders)
- Onboarding and HR workflow updates

5.4 Opt-Out. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
